ISN'T THE HEALTH AND SAFETY OF STUDENTS AND EDUCATORS WORTH PROTECTING?

Today, you should have received an email from Dr. James Fedderman, VEA President with the inbox title, Isnt the Health and Safety of Students and Educators Worth Protecting? Hopefully, you did and if not, a sample of the communication is listed below. The click here link below is active and will take you directly to the advocacy page.

Dear Jessica,

We're asking Gov. Northam, Secretary Qarni, and Superintendent Lane to put a pause of at least two weeks on in-person instruction when school resumes January 4 after the holidays. This is essential to protect the health and safety of students and educators after family holiday gatherings! Add your voice to the growing support for safely reopening schools and fighting for transparency in decision making.
